Starting issues.
As some of you may remember I was having a problem where sometimes my car wouldn't start. When I say not start I mean nothing. Starter won't turn over and it would make a clicking noise in the relays in the trunk and under the hood. I originally thought it had something to do with the security system. I would do a hard reset and it would start every time. Most of you told me to check all my grounds which I did. It was fine for a couple of months. It's not my daily driver.
The other day at my uncles house I was showing off my car went to start it and nothing. Hard reset and on my way. Went to drive it today after being in the garage on the battery tender. Nothing. Hard reset and off I go. I didn't want to shut it off so I leave it running opened the door and it shut off. Hard reset and on my way. It's getting to the point that I don't want to drive it. HELP.

Follow the positive battery cable to the high voltage fuse block; check to make sure everything is clean and tight, especially the 'strap' fuses. Every time this occurs, you have one thing in common; you removed both cables and touched them together to 'reset', then it starts and runs.
It could be that you are moving the positive cable around enough to tighten it back up temporarily and get a start off it; vibration does the rest to loosen it and make it not start.
And, even if they look clean, use a post cleaner and clean the battery posts and clamps, and check that the inside of the positive battery cable is not crunchy, which means you need a new red cable due to corrosion, and moving it around is enough, for now, to get it to start again; it will not last forever if the cable is degrading beneath the insulation, and you will get to the point of no start no matter what.
