Default Sticking dashboard buttons

Hi all -- I have been living with the dreaded stuck hazard warning lights button but now others in the row have gone the same way, the DSC one and the passenger heated seat button. Can anyone point me to a walkthrough on how to get the centre console off and how to sort out these dodgy buttons? Contact sprays etc and cleaning from the outside have not worked.

From my brief, less-than-one-month experience driving the XK8, I think the hazard is the most important button... just sayin'...
