Supercharger fit

Supercharger fit
My friend owns a junk yard, and has a blown XK8 with a supercharged engine. He says the supercharger is functional. Would there be any problems installing this on my stock XK8, if I installed a blow off valve to keep the boost down. I would not be blasting around town. I have my Porsche for that. I am just asking what changes, or if it will even fit to my 99 XK8?(heads, exhaust, intercooler, etc) Looking at what the ECM reads, it looks like I could get by with just a basic install. I already run premium, and would not be opposed to bumping it up a few points. Please just give me the differences, and what else I would need off the engine to install it, if it is possible......Thanks.....Mike

Incidently....There isn't anything between the windshield posts, and rear axle. John said it was a road clean up wreck, where a speeding drunk 18 year old white kid, driving a huge diesel pickup truck blew a light, and the driver of the Jag didn't feel a thing. Nothing will probably happen to the youth, because it is the South, and the Jag driver was black. At times I don't think this country has advanced beyond Jim Crow at all....

You will need the whole intake system, intake elbow, blower, outlet pipe, intercoolers, and injector manifolds.
I think the heads are the same. Cams are different but the same basic casting.
You probably need the injection plumbing and injectors too, but I am not entirely sure how the N/A stuff is laid out and whether it would be compatible.
If you want to do this, probably best to keep the ECM you have else you will be rewiring the whole car (and will have to change the transmission).
It might also require an aftermarket MAF, depending on the range of the stock meter.
