I am about to remove my throttle body and send it to BBA Reman. to be rebuilt. I had read that you should also replace one of the connectors because of the newer gold plated pins. Does anyone have that part number and maybe some basics on how to re-place? Also a P/N for the TB gasket would be helpful.

As for the rebuild of the Throttle Body I have used ASI. Attached is a link to Jaguars TSB on the mismatch plug terminals.

To the best of my knowledge the repiar kits were Jaguar dealer items.
I have attached an excerpt from the SNG Barratt website ( a forum sponsor) that lists the gasket. You can go to their website and download a free parts catalog for your car.

 

Jaguar has them.

 

The gasket I went to the dealership for. It wasn't offensively expensive as I recall.
