I've no idea what it's worth but if you post this in the XKR section they'll probably have an idea.

Welcome to the forums Tave Stanley,

I've moved your question from S-Type to XK8/XKR forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

The best recommendation I can give is go to WWW.KKB.COM plug in all of the info for the car. Worth is subjective and also depends on the area. The info will give you a starting point.

It's worth nothing. Now ship it to me so I can take that problem off of your hands. You can thank me later.

Congrats on the acquisition. Looks like a well kept car but really hard to know for sure from just 2 pics.

Pretty sure Jaguar never had factory black wheels nor window tinting on an 06 XKR. So the "no mods" statement is a bit off I think but the changes could be undone if you really care.

The XKR/Victory experts will be able to give you better input. I am sure they will be along soon.

you can get a valuation from Hagerty. They have an online tool for setting values based on condition. I like it better than Kelly Blue Book for these types of situations where the car isn't your average grocery getter.
see the link here https://www.hagerty.com/valuationtools
