Wayne Tate Poly Upper Mounts, 2K miles later
desed017, send me a PM (private message) and give me some more information.
You really need to give more information on you signature so if you have issues, members can help you. The difference in year of the car can makes a lot of difference in the code readings and the location of some of the parts.
You can add your location and maybe a member close by could help.
I'm sure the moderator in your district is going to ask for an introduction.

Is there a price on the Wayne mounts for an XK8? I'm trying to put together a list and have read endless threads but don't see a price so I can start my budget. Do they get shipped? I read something about sending a core to him? Seems half the users have these but can't find some info beyond sending a PM? But I'm a research guy so like to spreadsheet out my parts, estimated prices, and then start tackling issues in chunks depending on budget and parts sourcing. Thanks.
I suggest sending a core to keep the supply of 'rebuildables' flowing.
I had 5 sets of 'cores' in my scrap metal pile and I'm glad I was lazy in a run to the salvage yard scrapper.
I sent them to Wayne so he would have a supply of cores for at least a little while.
They are of use more to him than me.
I tend to save things because when I decide to scrap something, after a few weeks, I look for the used part and remember that I threw it away!!!!!!!!!!!!!(DOH)
I stopped throwing things away and now I have piles-o-parts outside my shop.
