Heading to the JCNA concours event today in North Carolina (90% rain ) so I'll post a few pics of my engine and car since it looks like I won't be opening the bonnet or top!

Interior and fascia. Really bites about the rain. Car looks best with top down!

And the car! I'll say, if you ever want to get your Jaguar in immaculate condition, enter a concours. I never knew how many little bits were missing or damaged. I must have replaced 30 little bits over the whole car. Plastic tabs, screws, cracked caps, but it was worth it!! Like driving a new car!!

Even in the mountain rain and fog, I came away with First place in the Special division at the JCNA Carolina Jaguar Club competition with my modified 2002 XK8! Fun weekend even with rain!! First time ever they had a drive through judging!! (Judged under the hotel entrance!)

Here is a picture of my car with my previous house and current house. you will have to guess which is which. Hint:These cars are more expensive to repair than anticipated.

A trophy - I'm delighted they gave you something to polish because the car certainly doesn't need it.
