Been considering if I should post this one for a long time; In high X-mas spirits I finally dare; It's another twist to the Leaper discussion....

I don't understand BMW marketing as I wouldn't think a leaper turning around to pee on their product would do much for sales. Then again, I never knew BMW made cars until I passed one.

Thanks, I like them too. But I don't know who made the ground effects? I bought the car the way it sits (for now). I have tried to find them on the Internet but haven't yet! If anyone here knows please let me know.

I like these shots that was taken at our club concours a couple of years ago. Deb and I were competing in the same class at that time. The pic shows Deb's 2002 XK8 coupe and my 2002 XKR 100 coupe. Yeah, she beat me.

LOVE the E type. I am thinking about putting the wire wheels on my XK8 like you have on your E. Any recommendations on brand, wheel size (XK8 has 18's), etc.?

Hey Phil,


We offer a bolt on conversion which includes wire wheels for the XK8. They only come in 17 x 9 inch however. Not sure of any others on the market.
