Nice thing about living in Southern California, don't have to keep your baby locked up for the winter. Just be careful, don't blind anyone on the freeway with that shine.

JRabbit,

Thanks for bringing Miss Texas out...Hope you didn't use all of the "Best of Show" that you had but it is beautiful! After I had made a mess of things with the "Gypsy" and tried to apologize, she nor anyone else came back to the "WOW ME" thread.....I was beginning to think I had really "Sh-- in my Shoe", that is until you came across with this Beautiful Photo of "Miss Texas"! Have fun up in the Hills and play safe.....and I thank you again for bring the Beauty out in the open!

Black is one of those awkward colours, or colors as you miss spell in USA , it gets dirty easy and shows it. But when its polished well it comes up really good. You have done a lovely job on your motor and no doubt rightly proud of it.

Don't lose sleep over it. I posted my first message on the X150 site and got rained on by that crowd. More like a drizzle, but i did come to appreciate the difference between the two sub-forums. Useful lesson.

Thanks for the encouragement, my Friend!

"Sweet Sugar" is in the Shop once again! After fooling with it for almost (2) years, it finally stopped running yesterday.....DOA on IH-10! After 5 years, I have changed Mechanic Shops and before the end of day they were back to me with some answers but not the real problem, as it still remains hidden......I feel good about these Guys as they told me that the problem is in the wiring somewhere.....They just have to track it down!!! As I told you a couple weeks ago, I have spent enough to choke a Bull on Miss Sweetness over the past (2) years and am really up to here with it! I've driven so many Rent-Cars that my Neighbors wonder who's visiting...….I pray that these Guys can find the Problem! What a wonderful Christmas present that would be....

Anyway, my DTRL (the ones from Philips) also quit working! (The one's with 8 little LED Bulbs)...So, I had to go looking around and found a new Set from Osram...They don't have Bulbs...only one long Bulb so that the entire Light shows up! I love them...even the Light Fixture that holds them is better looking! Always, I'm sending you a Photo! The Bulbs are some new LED version where there are no Bulbs!

Merry Christmas!

Looks like "Atlas" rims. Should fit if they're coming off an XK8. Photos of them fitted from another post: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/p...-xj-xjr-65230/

This photo was taken a few months ago. Everything you see is original except the tires. It looks good for 18 years and 103,000 miles.

You should have a sticker in the left hand door jamb, next to the door catch strike plate, with your paint and trim codes.

Last night out for a drive. Parked at my usual spot as the sun was starting to go down. Thought the lighting was good so I took this photo of my little car. A 2003 XKR.

That's a really good photo. Worthy of framing and hanging on a wall. Great colour as well.
