Yes indeed. Purchased outside Philly last week, currently getting a few kinks worked out before I drive it to Westchester. It has 29K miles, which seems pretty unusual for this model. Needs a DSC sensor, door mechanism, a few other minor things. I am thrilled beyond reason.

Yes indeed, that is quite a good looking automobile. 2k miles a year...wow!
Enjoy
We've had so many Convertibles lately it's hard to keep count! We've had Red, Green, Maroon and Black...…..So far, I like them all as it's hard to pick a color on a Convertible! Those Green one's almost look Black and they really stand out! Right now they're up at least one point on all the others! The Coupes look best to me in Black (I wonder why?) but I 'll tell you that Green one a couple weeks ago with those beautiful Wheels is a knock-out!
Keep those XK - XKR photos coming.....
My first XK was a 1998 Topaz Coupe w/ Silver Revolvers.....I was crazy about the Coupe but not so Hot on the Revolvers! So, when the Lady pulled me over and offered me $5,000.00 more than I paid for it...I moved on.....They have just never caught my eye...My 2000 XKR Coupe came with Double-Fives and as I remember they were 18" Wheels...Now they really looked good! Jaguar has some really good looking Wheels and when I traded up to the 2003 Black XKR Coupe, it had the same Wheels my 2005 XKR has; 20" Montreal's. A good idea would be to look at all the Photos in this "Wow us" Thread and pick-out one or two that you both like, remembering that your little Convertible is made for 17" and 18" Wheels. You might could get a set of 19"s on there but you could have problems with them....When you see a set you like, ask about them on the Forum...you never know, someone might have a set in their garage on the cheap....

Funny you should say that — I agree, but confess that older shade of BRG (dark green/blue) makes me froth at the mouth. It’s an extraordinarily difficult color to find in factory paint these days, which is probably a good thing, since proper paint jobs cost nearly as much as the car. But isn’t this color just magnificent...?
The Color is great and that is what I call a Jag! It's the Classic now, that the XKR Coupe is going to be in 10 years! I think we should leave this Beauty DBRG as I can't see it in any other Color......but it is close to the Green Coupe from Switzerland with those Beautiful Wheels!
This beauty looks similar to the first Jag I ever saw back in 1954...I feel this model is more like a 1956 or so, but I'm not sure....Back then they were about the fastest Car around.....

Took a bit of a vacation this last week, went to LA to visit some family and drove back through the Angeles National Forest:
Saw some Route 66 kitsch along the way:
Stopped at our cabin in northern Arizona forest for a few days in the cooler elevation:
All that and passed 90k miles along the way:
About 1200 miles all said and done. Judy the Jaguar took all the curves, elevation changes and ate up the miles like you would expect a great GT car to do.
Plenty of power, smooth ride and timeless great looks, even when covered in a thousand miles of bugs and dirt.
What more could you ask for?
Something about this photo makes me think you were in the UK. Car pointing the wrong way? Looks like a great trip.
Behind an F-type in Kennebunkport, ME not long before I got her ceramic pro'd. Yes, she still turned all the F-type family members' heads as we got out to walk by a pretty little church near the ocean for some photos. Wish I had the remote top then.
