Default Xk aftermarket wheels

I am looking for pictures of some 1997-2006 XK's that have aftermarket wheels. I would like to get a set and can't find anything that I like so I'd like to see some other options if anyone has them.

I want to welcome Topdawg to the XK8/R forums (and others hopefully). Topdawg is a Jaguar master tech and an all around good guy. I hope he considers listing his credentials on his profile and he should be bannered whenever he meets forum time/use criteria.

Sorry, I can't help with the wheels and didn't intend to steer this thread off track.

I am not sure what you saw but you could try the following:

http://www.tirerack.com/
http://www.coventrywheels.com/
http://www.minagallery.com/jagxp/Jag...lerywheels.htm
http://www.germanmotoring.com/productlines/arden/#

FYI There is also an OEM wheel reference guide in this forum that includes most of the factory options.

Unfortunately, there aren't many aftermarket options 'readily' available for these cars. Of course, with any amount of money, custom manufacturers will do whatever you want.

There are quite a few OEM styles that are available, you can see the brochure HERE. The detroits or montreals are beautiful, but rather rare. I recently ound a set of them for another member looking to make a change, but it was a little pricey for his budget. $1500 I think for the set) It was on a forum somewhere.

I just got a set of 20 inch chrome Dubs on my 2006 XK8.Just posted new pics today. I had to have them custom made because they are staggered and there are few choices avaliable. Went threw Steve at Mr. Wheel Deal. It's expensive, but the local wheel stores didn;t want to mess with it. They came mounted and balanced with new tires.

Got these from ASAs from Tire Rack a couple of weeks ago on closeout for $139 each. These are 19" wheels, but they also have them in 18." There was another style of 19" wheels with black centers from a different company but they were more money. ASA is a licensed knock off of BBS; not sure how they'd be for competition but who buys an XK8 for that anyway?

At first I thought they might be just a tiny bit ghetto, but people seem to dig them [wait - maybe I live in the ghetto....?]. I bought them complete with four Hankooks, McGard wheel locks, mounting & balancing and shipping for just over $1300.

Parking lots? Pshaw! Put that sucker on a track and tell me how much you like the slushbox versus a manual!

But it is nice to see someone using a 'vert for something other than Sunday driving.
