Default Panoramic roof leak

After heavy rains I had some water on the headlining.
Recently there was a pool of water in the passenger foot well.

I have decided to track down the leak.

After removing headlining and spraying considerable amount of water on the sunroof I have found this which is probably source of the leak.

Does anyone know what is this outlet for? I feel like there should be some pipe which takes the water to drainage etc.

This is right above passenger seat

More likely a clog in drainage roof system. Try cleaning it and afterwards, close the sunroof and run a water through it. See if that fixes the problem. On this thread at the XJ forum, there is a past discussion how to clean it.

Thanks for reply.

I have tired cleaning seals and around the sunroof, but I cannot find any drain outlets it seems the water is just running under the roofbars.
Are you sure there are outlets in F-Pace and if so where can I find them, I have really tired looking.

Tthe reason you can't find the holes could be the holes are blocked with dirt or other debri. Get a weed wacker string or a thin electrical wire and try poking on the 4 sides of the sunroof. Read "Roverdude" comments on this forum

Default Water leakage

Did you finally manage to solve it? It would be very helpful if I could find out how you solved it because I have the same problem.

Lightbulb FYI

Just an FYI, there are no panoramic roof drain holes on the F-Pace at all, and no drain hoses, just drainage channels, running off the back in front.
This was most likely, a roof rail, mounting stud seal leak.

Default f pace water in salon

Hi everyone. Please help. I was looking for the water drains, cleaned something, and now the water drains nicely into the wheel arch, but there’s a lot of water inside the cabin. I took down the headliner but couldn’t find any drain tubes.
