Exclamation Injector replacement from the dealer

Hi All,
Can those who had their injectors for a v6 replaced by a dealer please let me know what you paid for this service and how many hours they used to do the install. My dealer is quoting 11 hours labor + parts for about $5K which seems way too much. How hard is this job that it takes so long?

Thanks,
Chas

Assuming you`re in the U.S. for about the same money in Canadian monopoly dollars i got;

-SC oil replaced
-SC Snout replaced
-SC Belt replaced
-SC Coupler replaced
-Accessory Belt replaced
-Upgrade cooling pipes to aluminum (aftermarket & OEM)
-Valves Cleaned
-Plugs changed
-Injectors inspected

This was at an indy British mechanic

I bought my injectors, OEM, on Rock Auto along with plugs. One side and then the other 8 months later. Changed all plugs second time also. Used my inde and his labor was 1300 and 1400, total about 3300. He lets me acquire parts. This should have been a recall since It was corrected midway thru '15 model year.

Evoex - Would you mind passing on which Indy British Mechanic you use? I’m not sure on who to use after my warranty runs out. Thx.
