Not at all. There are two large clips that look like the should be holding a card. But what are they for? They are centered on the hinge side.

Also, I might suggest to *not* set position 3 for dry cleaning. My wife the other day was fooling around, and I didn't notice she hit it.... Approx 80 on the freeway and she is about to have her legs and head crushed by a robotic seat.

I quickly pressed 1, then M-3 to reprogram, but that was scary.
Sounds a bit like the movie Christine. But you should try this in the driveway. I don't think the seat will crush you. I believe it has sensors. My #3 setting is all the way back, for easier entry and exit. My #1 is for me, and moves up. If I am fiddling with my seat belt, and pushing back on the seat, it will stop it forward travel to position #1, and return to #3. Try it and see.

No such thing on a '14.

At someone here's brilliant suggest to improve visibility, I set #3 to raise me up quite a bit, as I like the seat low. Great idea, but the seat doesn't do coordinated movements, it moves one motor at a time (it seems). It started by raising the back, which pressed me into the steering wheel, before it then raised the front.

Great idea, but doesn't work.

Like the paddle shifter, holding the gear selector toward the rear (+) while in sport mode will cancel manual mode.

I've found that the seat belt gets trapped in the shoulder holder on the top of the seat.

Ugh. Yes. That is so annoying. I've been considering trying to hack together a fix. Wonder if the dealers have a fix for it.

Sounds like another strike against the "wingbacks."

I have not noticed this. Perhaps it's the way I unbuckle? I'm accustomed to unbuckling and they easing the buckle towards the door and releasing it when there is no more tension. I let it snap back once with my last car and it left a ding in the door panel, so I made it a habit to be more gentle.

No problem at all with my seatbelts either, and I have the performance seats. Easiest most convenient of any car I've owned

But I learned that the tow hook is a left-handed thread.

And when you look at where the seat belt goes through the hoop, it's no wonder that it gets trapped. How JLR engineers let this get by is beyond me. But again, a first world problem.

I noticed this after a week or two as well. Use the smallest black cable tie you can find, see attached pic. Alternatively you can probably put a small strip of black tape on the inside if you feel that duct tape, chewing gum, and cable ties take away from the design of your car To me the cable tie is so discreet I can't see it at all, but hey, up to you. After fix it never gets stuck again - in fact I forgot I did it, until I saw your post.

I discovered that there is a tiny little hole at the bottom of the fuel tank filler to catch excess gas and drain it into the tank if you overfill. Super great. =)

There are two plastic clips in the center console. I am using them to organize the USB cables attached to the Incontrol cable and the USB cable.

I still don't know what the nodule/bump thing is.

I know someone theorized it was for a bottle of water, but I would really love to know what that molded bump is, in the driver's door storage compartment.

It's an easter egg from jaguar designers. It is intended to drive owners insane, speculating what the purpose of that small bump might be.

I discovered that the 770W stereo upgrade is worthless unless you're listening to it at ear bleeding levels, and it does not read FLAC (my whole library) files natively, although it can burn discs into a hard drive and play DVD's, but you all knew this already ..... I've noticed also, if I use my Fiio X3 line out and connect it through AUX, the system is actually very good playing at 96/24kHz sample rate compared to iPod (44.1/16kHz better than OTA stations), 124/96 is too much and does not make noticeable difference.
