Default One time use exhaust clamps

My 2017 SVR has what the dealer calls "one time use" exhaust clamps located at the rear of the downpipe.
I pulled them off and they are interesting. The inside has a malleable silver lining that molds to the pipe when tightened.
They are not damaged and they look like they can be reused.
Anyone have experience with these types of clamps?

Probably a smart move to replace them, but I reused mine twice already with no leaks.

and it appears the rear end of the downpipe simply butts up against the next exhaust pipe, so the clamp literally is the seal, not just the typical forceful clamp. Correct?

It’s been 2 years since I had the downpipes off the car. I just can’t remember.

I changed between downpipe and stock around 4 times and mine had to be replaced. Wasn't sealing anymore...

Sounds like a similar situation to other manufacturers' aluminum Crush Washers (used to seal oil pan and transmission drain plugs).

They always suggest replacement, but re-using them one or two times seems to be possible.

I pulled them off and they are interesting v-band clamp. The inside has a malleable silver lining that molds to the pipe when tightened.

I'm looking for an alternative to the Triumph "starburst" clamps used at the ex pipe/ head connection. I've seen simple heavy steel clamps used on Ironheads and Panheads. Anyone know what size pipes those are? 1 3/4 is what I'm looking for.
