The 2 pictures in the OP made it appear that way given the angle of the shots. However, if you look at the picturers of the same car in post 273, it's clear they are not the same.

 

Expected delivery is Friday. Course it is supposed to rain all weekend, so we'll see how much I drive it, fresh paint and all. I'll be making a new thread which will summarize the whole order process and everything I went through and subsequently also document my ownership of the vehicle.

1) A weather forecast is just that, a forecast. Not necessarily fact.
2) And even if it does rain, so what? Not going to hurt the car at all...fresh paint???
3) I already have 2 or 3 novels I'm in the middle of so I'm not so sure I will have the time to read yours...but, yes, I will try.
4) It's down the stretch Stohlen and as much aggrevation you've had thus far, it's highly likely much of it will simply disappear once you get behind the wheel and start logging some miles.

Don't feel bad. Since I took delivery it's rained every day except one. I've washed and waxed between the storms, and had a great time trying out the AWD. (it really is quite good, and I can't tell it's there until I really need it.)

1350 miles in the past 2 weeks and at least 1000 of that has been in the rain. Neighbors and co-workers are starting the blame the new car for all the rain...

 

Typically on bad weather days I grab a Jeep Renegade from work. Free gas and free miles are hard to turn down in bad weather haha. Winter will be primarily my Subaru

 

This is NOT time to be talking [writing] about bad weather, Jeep Renegades, or GOD-damn (no offense) Subaru's Stohlen...not now!!!
