Default 2jagsdave intro

Hi all. Just joined you chaps and ladies of course!
I have a 2006XJ Sovereign that I bought new, no problems, lovely limo, service agent blew up my engine at 95000 miles so I got a free new engine! Happy days

Last week I bought a 2008 XK60. This a limited edition produced for jaguars 60 the anniversary of the Xk series. Lucky for me only 13850 miles and 6 full services. Unlucky for me has the following issues, any help would be useful.
) intermittent false alarms
2) intermittent park aid fault- getting 'parking aid alert' signs that won't go off unless you press the park aid button on the roof.
3) intermittent failure of single wipe function on the wiper arm ( by pulling arm towards driver)
4) buzzing from dash panel or close by when car is turned off and no key in central arm rest bow holder. All doors in closed position. Nothing switched on.
5) noise coming from front end (only audible when moving) sounds like fan bearing but not I think, possible bearing but not on engine that sounds beautiful when inspected.
Some of these are probably fixable with CPU reboot but the noise is troubling, not too loud but once you've heard it you notice it every time u drive. More at high legal speed but still at low speed, just less.

I love this car, goes like stink and looks more beautiful than the Aston look alikes! I'm going to chat to the dealer, I have a years warrentee, but as an engineer I have a feeling they will find some of the above difficult to ID, so if annyone has had any similar problems be good to hear from you.

Regards
