I'm Adam - just bought a 2001 x-type sport and loving it so far - beautiful car compared to what i am used to. one previous very careful owner!
its has a couple of minor issues which after reading your forum may hopefully fix the issue, but as of yet haven't got out of work to have a play and see. If it doesn't then there will be posts :-)
The car has 46,000 miles on it and living on Guernsey (small island 25 miles all the way around) its about right for its age - 3-5k pa
i wont be that active to be honest in posting etc... but you never know - i might get sucked up in to this four wheel thing (over 30 years on mainly two wheels)!

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
