Default hello to all, newbie with an x type here

hello, my name is christian and im 21 and live in noisy Los Angeles, California USA. Just bought my second car and its a beautiful 2002 JAGUAR X TYPE 3.0, 5 SPEED TRANS. before i got it i did my research and fell in love with it, my main intention with this wild cat(jag x-type) is to turn it into a even more wilder cat although i've read through the forum's posts and most members aren't quite positive about this topic i still believe that theres a way for this cat to turn into a beast. I have a bit of experience with euro cars since i use to work in a euro shop before but i've join the forum to learn more about this car and share my knowledge as well. Now i'm not good with technology and electronics, could someone help me or teach me how to post images of my car in the forum, i was able to get to the upload page and chose a file but it won't upload because the file is to large to be uploaded, anyone here knows how to change the size of the picture in order for me to upload them? thanks. Well can't wait to show you all of my beauty and post some of the modifications that have been made.

Hello, Christian,
Ya know what? If you bought it it's YOUR car now and you can do whatever you want to do with it, and it's NO ONE else's business what that is!

It's true we have Purists among us, but we also have Pragmatic members who realize that some people like more power than their car came with and will help you wherever they can to reach your goal. I'm one of those, although I don't know much about the X-type, I can give you LOTS of encouragement from the sidelines.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forum Christian,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Follow Norri's link in post #2 to the X-Type forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Looking good.

Where's all the Los Angeles traffic I keep reading about? That's an empty road by UK standards.
