Default Hello from the mid-west

Hi guy's and gals

I am kid from KC and I Am into jaguars with Chevy conversion's --gyrocopters and bikes with bad attitudes

So my first question would be about the Jags with Chevy conversions--------Who has them and where do they hang out on this forum?

I currently have an 86 with a Chevy tune-port with fuel injection

body was clean and rust free but it had the usual primer cracking so I stripped it down to bare metal and sprayed it with primer

She is a screamin little girl ---No longer a Jaguar--- she's a cheetah

Also have another older jag with a carbureted 305 w/cam---We are stripping the suspension out from under this car to put under a model T----But the rest will soon be up for parts

Thanks Kid

Welcome to the forum Kid,

An AutoGyro as a Avatar has to be a first on the forum.
I know you've already found your way around here to the tech sections so no need for a link from me. You can also visit the US Mid West Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/m...n-mo-oh-wi-39/ to find other members in your region.

Good luck with the project and enjoy the forum.

Graham

Never flown in one and only seen them at air shows. Amazing turning ability. It must be quite a ride.

Hi Kid:
Welcome to the forum and greetings from the Midwest Region. Other than welcoming you aboard, I'm afraid I won't be of much use. I know nothing about Chevys and less about bees! In any event, I'm sure you'll find lots of friendly folks around here who do.

Enjoy the forum and the ride!
Cheers!
Scott

Welcome to the forum Kid,

Good to have you with us.
I had a friend who flew from the UK to the Isle of Man in an Autogyro once,I don't recall exactly what happened but he did make the newspapers.
Enjoy the forum.

If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.
