So, after working in and around New York City for many Years in a very high-stress job , per Dr.’s orders I started slowing down and moved to beautiful Hollywood, Florida. That’s where I test drove a 2007 xk convertible. What a great car! Tight, great lines, and fun to drive. So, I bought it. I fixed it and have no regrets, but I have had some frustration focusing around this defroster vent and window vent issue. I searched and searched the internet and just couldn’t find those elusive plastic parts. Then I landed on this forum and it all became clear - those vents are not sold as individual parts, but are part of the entire dashboard. I then read some interesting threads about 3-D and mold/cast reproduction of the vents, as well as one forum member crafting overlays and providing them to some members at cost or near cost, just to help them out. Pretty cool, so, I joined. I really enjoy my 07 xk, and will probably keep it until I upgrade to a newer xkr. So, I would like to hang around a while and keep learning, and maybe someday contributing. Thanks. Joseph “cellanator” (high school nickname”. )))

You've clearly already found your way to the X150 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
