The Coventry Foundation www.coventryfoundation.org would like to express its gratitude to the mods here (esp GGG) and to the staff of Internet Brands in general for allowing our non profit 501c3 to participate as a vendor on these forums. Our mission is stated on our web site and for those true Jaguar followers you may ask to join our FaceBook under Coventry Foundation. We will not abuse our status here as we will eventually have hundreds of books, posters, art, artifacts,models and associated Jaguar materials that are excess to our collection. As E-Bay allows us to post the shoppe will expand. All (100%) of the proceeds go directly to the stated mission. In our short 4+years we have grown exponentially due to the generosity of the Jaguar community and the shared desire to preserve the focus of our hobby and passion. While purchases of excess materials are not tax deductible all donations are! To date we have established a growing car collection and have established a library as well as a full tool lending program. Tool loans are limited to Patrons of the Foundation or members of the Jaguar Clubs of North America (JCNA). This is an insurance requirement that hopefully we may have some success in the future relaxing.
Again thanks to the MODs and the team at Internet Brands for their patience and support of the foundation. They have given back to the community! We will begin to open on a schedule to allow research and exploration. Here are a few snaps of the Grand opening of the research facility as well as the tool room (or one wall of it). Also for the XJ-S folks a pic of the delivery of our <30K miles 1977 XJS. It is totally original with 40 lbs of records of every moment of its life--a time capsule. Please enjoy!
