Introduction
Hey Everyone,
Looking forward to learning from you all. I'm in my 50's, and now have time to start working on my own project car! My brothers and I have had traditional American muscle cars in the past ('69 Camaro, '68 Mustang), but I have always loved the "classic" Jaguar style (x308, as I have now learned to call them by visiting this forum MANY times). Figured it was time to finally join. Just waiting for that 2001 - 2003 XJR or Super V8 to come my way, then I'll be using all of your knowledge to guide me along on my journey here in Michigan!!

It sounds like you've already found your way to the X308 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Midwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-midwest-39/ to find other members in your region.
When you get your Jaguar, please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
