Question keyfob problem

hi all just joined today got myself a jaguar x type 2.1 sport in march 67.00 miles.put a pic up later,i live in Dunfermline area in fife Scotland.I joined the forum as its the best place for answers as you guys been there done it.I have been having problems with my key fob always having to reprogramme it after every use went to jag got a new fob but still doing the same any help will be great its doing my head in im thinking maybe a new module or something any help will be appreciated thank you all.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

my 2004 key fob I have to hold down several seconds for it to unlock the car if return in 5min it works with just one press if I leave it an hr or so iget same problem having to hold down the unlock switch
