Hello fellow Jaguar afectionados,
Let me introduce myself.I am located on an Island in Lake Erie in the Ohio portion.I have a 2001 XJ8L with 49000 miles on her.Bought at an estate sale last year, the car has never seen a winter or much rain in its life,as it was the summer car for the owner.
I am a retired mechanical engineer and have always had a passion for autos.I currently have in the stable a 1969 Camaro(wife is the original owner) and my restoration project of a 1963 Maserati 3500GTI .I will post pictures in the future when I get my hacked computer back.Wonderful forum,I repaired the ABS module by soldering from info here. I am currently updating the secondary tensioners and have posted a question on the possibility of adjusting the intake/exhaust cam on one bank to match the other. Thanks to all for any help.

Welcome to the forum David,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the X308 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Midwest Region forum by following this link

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
