Hello Jaguar Enthusiats,

I own a 1995 XJR black sedan and was giving to me by a good friend while eating at Cheese Cake Factory in San Jose CA back in 2008.

I was laid off back in 2007 and took me 1 year to find work and many things occured of which I lost some nice cars and ended up riding VTA train for some months.

Years before my 16 year job we helped my friend alot with his personal problems and in the end he saw the hardship with transportation and gave me his Jaguar.

I was blown away by his generosity and now own a black 1995 XJR Jaguar sedan.

As I drove my free Jag around I began to notice some performance issues and did not know where to take my Jaguar for repairs.

I chose a shop who used to repair my other cars but soon realized he was not fixing my Jag but making things worse. In the end I had to go to a European auto shop that deals with Jaguars.

I ended up spending over 5K dollars in repairing the mistakes this first mechanic did to my free Jaguar.

I am now to the point of no problems except for a Fuel Pressure regulator, Fuel filter and Cylindar #5 ignition coil fix.

Beyound this the free Jag runs great.

Well look forward to helping others with their Jag problems as many on this board have helped me while only a visitor and not a member.
