I joined in 2015 and then did nothing so sorry about that. That must have been when i acquired my first Jag, a 2010 XF 3.0D S. Very nice miss it a bit. I then made the slightly foolish mistake of buying a new F-Pace in 2017 - 2.0D Portfolio - nothing really wrong with it other than than it wasn't very involving to drive compared the the XF which meant I also bought a 2008 XKR . I really only bought this because of the way it sounded . Anyway it became apparent after a couple of years that and with a son at university I couldn't really afford two jaguars so I traded them both in , took a huge hit on the F-pace ( I cant believe how much it depreciated in two years (25K) and bought the current car a late 2015 (December) so a face-lift model) XJ luxury in dark sapphire only 18500 miles on the clock.
I wasn't after an XJ was going to get another XF but I really quite like it , apart from the small access hole to the boot.
the other real gripe is in the F-pace I could get the trip computer to show up in the notification area on the dash but you cant seem to do that on the XJ. Its nice to have the 300bhp and all that torque especially since the mpg's are nearly identical to the 2.0d unit I had in the Fpace (with in 1mpg) My Current wheels
