Default Wassup everyone, first time jag owner here!

Hello all from the sunny state of Arizona! My name is Jon, I purchased my first Jaguar this past weekend and I love it. It's a 2015 XF Portfolio with 29k miles. I actually chose this vehicle over a Maserati Ghibli due to the interior fit and finish. I have tons of questions and will probably ask some that have already been answered in a previous thread so if I do just point me in the right direction. I look forward to communicating with everyone about their experiences with their rides.

Jon

Welcome to the forum Jon,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

2015 was a model change year for the XF. If you have the earlier 2007-15 model, follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xf-xfr-x250-44/ to the X250 forum
for help, advice and information. If you have the current 2015 onwards model, follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xf-x260-99/ to the X260 forum.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Southwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-southwest-37/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

YES - from that build date you have an X250.

Jaguar have always had a chaotic and confusing naming history. The XJ6 is the worst example with five completely different models spanning forty years all carrying the same designation.

The forum follows the same convention as Jaguar Dealers by using factory codes to distinguish between them. Consequently XF is divided into X250 and X260 forums.
