Hi folles thanks for letting me join
im in north wales area
i have owned an xk 4.2 for the last 6years probably the best car I’ve owned
recently I picked up an S type 3L in extremely good condition with only one fault after locking and unlocking ok with remote if left locked after a time the remote won’t work I have to open door set off alarm then the remote works again
have changed remote battery and car battery can anyone help I’m baffled

It Is annoying, isn't it, when you have to use the KEY to get in! I'm dealing with that myself lately.
