Default XKR tire pressures

Hi everyone. Can you please tell me which tire pressures to use? My Michelin sport a/s plus tires says 50 psi and my door panel says 30 front 33 back. I just bought her (a beautiful salsa red 2007) and don’t want to mess anything up. Thanks so much!

Welcome to the Forums.

No idea from down here, other than I always go with the placard/owners handbook, UNLESS, tyre spec, as in size, profile etc, have changed, then trial and error.

The members in he XK8 section will have better answers suited to your market.

Good luck.

Welcome to the forums Xkrlover,

Good to have you with us.

I've posted a reply to your same question in X100 forum. Unless your XKR was very old dealer stock when supplied to the first owner, it will be the later X150 model.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk-xkr-x150-33/ to the XK/XKR forum for help, advice and information.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Southwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-southwest-37/ to find other members in your region.

Hello,
Congratulations on your new RED Jaguar! RED is my second favorite color after BLACK!
Generally recommended tire pressures are printed on the sidewall. It's usually best to follow those recommendations.
I run with 35 pounds in all mine.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
