FS[NorthEast]: Parting out my 2002 X-Type awd
Hey guys and gals, I have owned my 2002 x type for about 4 years and the transmission finallywent on it at 155,000 miles. The cat was always good to me and she is parked in my driveway if anyone is interested in buying any parts or if someone needs a parts car just make me an offer. I would rebuild the transmission but I dont have the time with work and it would be a shame for this complete car to end up in a scrap yard. I am located in union beach new jersey. It wont let me post pics for some reason but I just took a few if anyone is interested it is forest green

Hi!
I'm sorry about loosing your car, maybe if you find the time could send some
info. my way.
I have a small antifreeze leak in the left driver side at the bottom corner.
It does not seem to be a radiator hose.
What coolant hoses are in that location?
Thanks,
Walter

Your coolant leak is probably from the radiator. When I did my recent radiator replacement I found the old one failed lower left corner. Lift front end and remove the splash shield to get a better look.

One of those is leaking, would like to replace both of them.
