Take a look at the sockets where the relays plug in. In a couple of recent threads, people have found loose sockets and been able to pry the contacts out slightly to reestablish a good connection.
You could even make a test gauge from a strip of thin metal the same thickness as the socket prongs. Slip the test gauge into each socket to find any that don't have enough tension.

Now the trick is to figure out what input is causing the security lockout. I'm not well versed with the system.
By the way, thanks for humoring me and checking the relay sockets, even though that wasn't it.
Do you have a spare key you can try?

When the PATS (red light on dash) is flashing. Try to count the flashes. They usually will be repeated so just keep counting and writing it down until you kind of get the rhythm down. The longer pauses separate one sequence from another. Sort of like Morse Code.
Sometimes it just flashes real fast and is not indicating a code.
Might give another clue?

Ok so i took the car to the dealership over two weeks ago and they said it needed a new key an $800 to fix(after the car had been there 2weeks). Took 4 days for them to get the new key. They texed me today and said the key was in and that it should be ready today. As i was getting ready to make the hour an a hafe trip there they texed me an said the car still will not start and that the ECM is offline. If that is the case they should have know that as soon as they hooked up the the scan tool.I have been working on cars all my life from small shops to dealership and that is something you know real quick!

My own personal experience with a dealership technician & service writer was horrible and I exposed a scam they were doing to unsuspecting customers. My lesson learned was ALWAYS involve the Service Manager if you have any doubts that you are being sold unnecessary services / parts you don’t need and PRAY that Svc Mgr makes it right. But always start with WRITTEN documentation.
