Can anybody tell me the location of the map sensor on a 2003 Jaguar S-Type v6 3.0?

 

Grab the various free downloads (workshop manual, etc) and they show such things plus such as the torque value if you replace it.

 

Images lifted from the Workshop Manual. The sensor appears to be located at the rear left side of the engine (when viewed from the front) adjacent to the upper IMT valve.

Downloading your own copy of the manual is a very good idea...
