oh dear, never seen so many misfire codes

P0300
P0301
P0302
P0303
P0304
P0305
P0306
P1316

all the above relate to misfires, 1st thing i'd do is check for oil/water contamination of the coils then replace them and the plugs along with the cam cover gaskets (if coils have water/oil on them) while your there.

P1647 relates to 02 sensor but id see how things are once misfire has gone.

whats wrong with the gearbox ?

a search would gotten you all the info you wanted instantly

i also suggest you download alldata and / or jtis from the link in my sig

Going on those codes, no.

The is no way anyone can diagnose a gearbox fault correctly with engine faults.

What problems are you having with the gearbox.

I wouldn't.

Welcome to the forum loftonfa, when you get a chance post an intro in the new members section.

Follow 666's advice and try and track down the misfires first, I'd be trying to check for engine damage before spending too much on it.
What are your plans if it has been overheated? Any rattles when it's running?

I replaced the battery because it was sitting so long. I am going to get new spark plugs and ignition coils replaced today and get the coolant leak fixed and a oil change. I appreciate all the help guys....ill post the outcome in a couple hours stay tuned.

The blown head gasket sounds plausible.

Why do you think it needs a new transmission?
