2006 Jaguar S Type Splitted Unknown Hose
I need answers. Looks like a A/C hose to me . Here I have is a splitted hoes that is damaged from pulley belts . I ha e looked all over pls e in can’t find the name of this hoes or what is the hoes for . It leads from down by the water pump area , leading all the way down next to the cabin air box as you can see on the picture I posted below . I came seem to see we’re it really stops or starts . It is no coolant leak that I have . In it don’t leak fluids . The hoes is very split .
The hoes have a part number of Jaguar S3JJA 6R83-9S47-BA
You have multiple threads going. Is this the same 3.0 litre vehicle? Post another photo of the engine compartment and indicate which hose you're referring to.
What DTCs are stored in the system? Is the MIL on?

yes its it’s the same 3.0 s-type
the codes are the same that I put in the other thread . But this hose looks like an A/C hose when it was going under the car near the air cabin box to me .

way to go NB...as always a true professional....if it does not affect emissions or set a code then leave it be for a while i would think...glad the str does not have the air injection...always hated that system on vehicles...either the pump freezes up or the hose toughest to change splits...again great job
