2006 Jaguar S Type Splitted Unknown Hose
I hope this is part of my vacuum leak I need answers. Looks like a A/C hose to me .
Here I have is a splitted hoes that is damaged from pulley belts . I ha e looked all over pls e in can’t find the name of this hoes or what is the hoes for . It leads from down by the water pump area , leading all the way down next to the cabin air box as you can see on the picture I posted below . I came seem to see we’re it really stops or starts . It is no coolant leak that I have . In it don’t leak fluids . The hoes is very split .
The hoes have a part number of Jaguar S3JJA 6R83-9S47-BA

This we’re the hose start . (That is antifreeze that you see there which is from when I removed the expansion tank from another job a few days ago )
yes its it’s the same 3.0 s-type
the codes are the same that I put in the other thread . But this hose looks like an A/C hose when it was going under the car near the air cabin box to me .

way to go NB...as always a true professional....if it does not affect emissions or set a code then leave it be for a while i would think...glad the str does not have the air injection...always hated that system on vehicles...either the pump freezes up or the hose toughest to change splits...again great job
