Brake Flush:
Yea be a bit careful as you don't want DOT 5 because that's Silicone brake fluid and outside of collector cars that sit a lot it's not that great of a brake fluid. Very bad about entrained air which leaves you with a soft or squishy brake pedal.
Plus it's NOT compatible with the normal brake fluids so it's usually recommended to flush the entire brake system with Alcohol to remove all traces of the non-Silicone fluid.
We do have DOT 5.1 now which would be fine for a full flush.

DOT 5 is usually not recommended for cars equipped with ABS.

DOT 5 is not suitable for any production Jaguar in street or track use.
It is silicone based while all others are glycol based.
DOT5.1 is glycol based, but is a specialty fluid not used in any production Jaguar.

5.1 is what's in mine after full flush, however thought it was a little more useful than the usual 'do a search' response I missed the .1 off but good to see the community stepping in with advice :-)
