Default Fuel setup question

2007 STR. There are 2 ports. The main question is should there be anything plugged into the driver side cap top?

Driver side. Should there be anything plugged in here ??

It's just a drain, I think.

What are you asking me. I don’t have either of those on my car no metal fuel return or pipe or the loose transparent fuel line. Which is why I (ask) so information ?

There is no fuel return because (wait for it) it's a returnless system

By "loose transparent fuel line" do you mean the drain (post #5)? It's not a fuel line!

James-

I'm sorry if I confused you..after reading my post, I kind of confused myself.

Your first set of pictures was the fuel pumps under the seat. The second picture is what appears to be the fuel filler and a sunroof drain in the fender well.

I was asking if you are chasing a problem and need help?

Thanks
