Sure appears to be the lower IMT. Easy check, wipe off lower IMT and manifold. Drive a day or so and wipe again with clean rag. If theres oil B I N G O.

Having just done this job two days ago, I agree with Rick. Sure looks like it's IMT O-ring change time for you....

Don't forget to clean under the IMT valve as well!

bad pictures, most likey its the IMT valve seals are starting to fail. if they fail you'll have a vacuum leak. but yea i recommend clean it off can drive 2-3 days and recheck the leak

I think he said the IMT valve seals (O rings) will be the cause. Just replace them as Jon89 and others have.

Yep, at 67,000 miles on a 2003 model, you can bet that your IMT O-rings are leaking. Just get two of the new-style green ones at your local dealership (should be less than $5 total), read up on the threads here on the forum, and go for it....

The Jaguar parts department guys sell so many of these IMT O-rings, they know the part number by heart when you describe what you need. That just shows you how common this failure is in these cars....
