Default Throttle body: supercharger bolts??

Installing rebuilt supercharger in my STR (2003)

Hoping to replace the primary bolts (Qty =4) attaching Throttlebody elbow to Supercharger rear face.

Anybody have a source for these bolts or seals? I’m struggling to find them, part number, or torques settings. All advice appreciated.

I thought they were still available from Jaguar. have you checked the parts department online?

If that is it, two options are listed, with the last superseding the previous one.

AJ83623
AJ88552

Try searching online for either of those two numbers and you may find some old stock sitting on a shelf somewhere. If you can only find the first number, most likely it should work fine. Often part numbers were superseded for minor reasons such as manufacturer, finish, etc.

What is wrong with the old bolts? Is it just the seals gone bad? They look very similar to the seals on the bolts for the valve covers on the early V6. Can't say for sure, but I may have a few extras I could measure for you.

Default Throttle body bolts

Very helpful! Thank you. I have found 2 on eBay and ordered.
still looking for 2 more.

Found inventory on jag parts Canada but have not been able to get shipped to US yet.

I wondered about the seals on the valve cover bolts as well. I’ll try to get a good measurement which you could check your inventory with

They may have been replaced by a Torx head bolt. It's been a few years since I ordered them but I think the replacements I got were Torx.

Sorry, I was less correct than usual about having some spares. The ones I have came with a Fel-Pro gasket set and look different than yours:

No shoulder like the OEM pieces. The outside diameter is 18.5mm. Inside diameter is 8mm. Thickness is 6.5mm.

I doubt these would work for you, but are free if you want to try.

Might work but will keep looking a bit for the original seal.
thanks again.
