I just purchased a 2006 STR today, had a few fault codes stored in the computer. As well as when using the infotainment system everything works (radio) besides the climate control, when clicked it says Communication Fault contact dealer.
codes:U0164 Lost Communication With HVAC Control Module
P0174 System Too Lean Bank 2
P2676 Air Cleaner Inlet Control Circuit Low
P0171 System Too Lean Bank 1
P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2
Any answers for the climate?

Perhaps the official Jaguar workshop manual will help you to identify what do do and where to test for the fault codes you have.

Obvioulsy if it is not there, unpluged, damaged, has a poor conection or damaged wires you will get this fault!
However, it can also be a fault with the powertrain control module!

Welcome to the forum. P2676 certainly is a rare code. I'm not seeing anything in Jaguar's official code list or the workshop manual here:

P0171 and P0174 are fairly common, indicating a lean fuel/air mix on both banks. My hunch is P2676 may be somehow affecting both sides. Just thinking out loud, so please don't take it as gospel.
Take a look at the wiring diagrams in the above link. Scroll to figure 03.6 for the supercharged V8. You'll see the "Air cleaner solenoid valve" near the bottom center of the page. Power comes via the legend "86E" in the circle. Follow that to figure 01.7 and fuse F37 under the hood. That fuse feeds several other items, most of which you may not notice right away if dead. One of them, however, is the Mass Airflow Sensor. Now I'm thinking if the MAF lost power (or failed for other unknown reasons), the computer should use default values and throw a code. However, some codes don't set immediately, depending on their priority. But I am wondering if somehow a MAF issue could also trigger P0171/P0174, which may be flagged sooner.
Where am I going with this long-winded treatise? Check fuse F37 under the hood. See if that is good.

Okay, for some odd reason it wouldn’t let me log into this account which is my main account. First off huge thank you to kr98664
for digging deep into finding out what fuse needed to be checked, I checked the fuse and it was not blown, I also checked some other fuses dealing with climate and nothing was blown I didn’t really go into that one too much (climate). And thank you to everyone else for their help/suggestions. Now myself I started diagnosing, I should’ve checked this first but the actual plug was… unplugged. Now for what reason this was, i have no clue. Plugged it back up and cleared the code and it went away, no I tried to play with the throttle on the on position and the flap didn’t move or do anything so I don’t know how it works, I’m pretty sure on WOT it should open up? Okay next thing, the car has an exhaust leak near the catalyst area of the drivers side I’m not sure if that’s bank 2 or not I’ll have to double check, which I think is the reason the catalytic code popped up, would that be linked to lean codes?

Done at least 2 warm up drives? Most codes aren't allowed to flag till then.
Got all the OBD monitors set? You'll have pending code P1111 if so, else P1000.
Many codes cannot flag if the monitors are unset.
Of course you unset them all when you cleared the codes.

Okay, so I went ahead and replaced the battery as I don’t know the condition of this one. Put a die hard AGM H8 battery, still is doing the same thing. Unplugged the module and it’ll give the same error, replugging it doesn’t do anything. Nor does a hard reset
