You won't have the sensors which are built into the rear view mirror.

Thank you sir, now I notice that I do have the auto dim rearview mirror but I don't see that rain sensor, now I figure that the auto light switch would be operated by a sensor that's on the windshield anti fog vents inside the cabin, correct me if I'm wrong, wouldn't that triggered the auto lights function ? Or what exactly do I have to modify or add so that my auto light switch could work ?

Eden, the light sensor is in the rear view mirror. So, you need to upgrade your rear view mirror to the one with the light sensor to make the auto headlights work.

Eden, the M/KM button is for switching the instrument cluster digital indication between miles (American) and kilometers (the rest of the world). Push the button and watch the instrument cluster change indications for the trip and mileage.
