I need to replace the front passenger door speaker grill on my X-type as it is cracked. From photos the grill seems to be clipped in so can it be pulled out easily? Or does the entire door panel need to be taken apart to remove the grill? Many thanks in advance.

 

I'm not an X Type expert - if it were me I would remove the entire door panel and not second guess if that speaker grille is held in by clips or not... Just my $0.02

 

You need to remove the door panel and then remove the glue around the 3 tabs holding it in place.

Make sure to get the right tool to help remove the panel without breaking the tabs (they will break otherwise, that's for sure).
