Attached in this post is before and after applying the new grille.
In the end I still saved ~$200. And the grill would match exactly with a lower mesh grille if I ever decide to get it done.

Jag X-type new grill from Adamesh,the inner part is it plastic or chrome? and dose it come with the badge?

Oooh. I actually prefer this design to OEM - as it isn't so "blingy." Even though I tend to not like the whole "I gotta get mesh for my x-type" thing, I'm considering this one because of the simpler design and tighter mesh weave.
