would my warranty cover this?
i still have a factory warranty on my car. When the drivers window is rolled all the way up there is a sound coming from it when i hit any sort of bump. It is like a click or more like a tap coming from the top of the window. When i roll the window down even just a bit the sound goes away. Any ideas on what that could be? or do you think the warranty will cover this?
You should be covered under the full warranty not se correct? Interior pieces including noises should be covered. Like dash making squeaks and what not...should be under 4yr 50k...did you ask about adding se jvegas? If you plan on keeping I'd be getting it!
i did ask but they said i had to get it the day i bought the car. i thought about getting a warranty from jag down the line... not sure yet.

I was pretty sure you could get it later. Obviously they want you to get it that day, naturally trying to suck any money up they can lol! How long are you covered under the original factory warranty? Did you ask them how much it would be?
they said about $2k. I have my warranty for about another 12k miles or till 2010.... the miles will happen first. so do you know for sure i can get the SE at anytime durring he warranty?
You used to be able to I'm not sure now??? You should try calling jag directly or emailing. How come you didn't get it? I paid 2400 for the warranty for my mountaineer and it's a 2wd suv so a 4wd would have been more.
it was kind of a protest thing not to spend any money out of my pocket. I should have looking back on it now but at the time I was not going spend a dime. That just reminded me did i post the ending to my "rust" story???
I think so...Try contacting them letting them know you didn't have the money and you got a loan for the money or something??? I bet they'd let you get it especially since it is still under its original warranty...

another question, would things like changing spark plugs, brake fluid, and wiper blades be covered??
..No!..they use to replace the wiper blades at the 10K mile courtesy check up..
