Hello, I have a 2009 xf , I have a problem with my power windows not rolling up or down from the drivers master switch / main switch , nor with the left rear door window roll up or down but the passage side both work fine , I m trying to fix myself but no luck so far, I removed drivers door panel and replaced the window switch but still no luck , has anyone seen this issue before ,or can anyone point me in the right direction, I know this car has window modules but not sure if that's the next thing to try hate to keep replacing parts if I m going down to wrong path try to fix this so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

It is more likely the window regulator and the cables have broken, you can get repair kits but I would just get a replacement regulator they are around £140 or $180 us. There is a guide how to do it Youtube. Keith

 

I m not sure but I don't think is the regulator because none of the windows work from the drivers master switch no noise or anything
