Bricked my 2011 Jaguar xf supercharged by accident

Default Bricked my 2011 Jaguar xf supercharged by accident

Got the car few months ago running and driving but with codes for shifter, charging codes and non working paddle shifters initially. Was just trying to get everything functioning.
Found out about jlr sdd. Went thru programming and everything was going fine accept couldn't communicate with or program rjb. Kept trying and redoing cjb. Rjb always came back unable to communicate. At this point I could still turn on ignition. Also what led to this was getting smart key not found but car was starting still with key in my pocket. During my last attempt at programming cjb which was always successful my computer started saying disconnected. Screwed from that point. Now doesn't recognize key at all. No ignition at all.
I've tried program ipc but target identifier errors with all that comes with that. Also get security access not achieved. Also communication error with rjb which shuts programming that down completely. I cannot get ignition responding no matter what I try. Immobilize programming gives me secure access not achieved.
Programming cjb always is successful. Can't program rjb. Front cjb is Bx23-14b476-aa but I have no idea how to hook up on bench to virginize it. Everything shows face lift model. So I have no idea the connections. Also no idea how to bench connect rjb brother.
I'm lost and completely frustrated. I just want to enjoy my car and continue bringing it back. Want to move on to the other issues. I have pulled the cjb and rjb. Also got a used kvm and got back door lock control but that's it. In key slot, still doesn't recognize key. I am so lost but not a diy quitter. Please help!! I can't give up and avoid dealer's at all costs

It would be a big help to post the codes your working on?
Yes SDD can be dangerous and I only hook mine up when my other scanners won't read deep enough. It is a two edged sword of a repair tool for sure!

Try going to on SDD to pre delivery inspection (PDI) with both keys in the car make sure you have a maintainer on the battery at all times ,in the top right corner it should show green on the screen the run pdi

What does that do? Believe I tried that. What I'm on now is fact lost communication with original kvm. Actually need virgin files. Bought used one and gained door lock control but that's it. With my regular scanner I noticed used kvm still had other vehicle vin so I believe that may be reason for "secure access not achieved" message. Tried disconnect method and apparently bricked that kvm...no communication with it. Just know that virginizing it can get me past kvm issues but can find out how to or the virginize files. Can only find the facelift ones which is very annoying. Can even find the cjb and rjb files for facelift but not 2011. Can't find procedure for connecting to the cjb/rjb to pull the eeprom and flash data. Only come across facelift. Just want my car back on the road.

they aren’t facelift vs prefacelift they changed every single year along with nomenclature.

FSJB (14B476-A) -> BCM (14B476)
RSJB (14B476-B) -> BCMB (14D628)

09s with 8X2T you can absolutely mix and match used fsjb and rsjb. i have a different fsjb in my car, you get a permanent VIN dtc but as long as you use as-built config it doesn’t matter.

9X23 for 10, BX23 for 11, CX23 for 12, DX23 from 13

Figured maybe bcm was causing problems with rear bcm. Front bcm kept.saying it's up to date and no issues. This was all my 1st use. Then got vci disconnected in middle of last attempt on cjb..Been screwed since. Key not responding, no ignition. Then got sdd set up on dedicated laptop after all this. Was originally using my main computer that I use on all my toys. Lesson learned but too late. This process is hell but learn a lot on the way..

Sitting here day 2 trying to find virgin kvm files. Can't sleep.

get another front BCM and see if it actually has to be virginized, i know nothing about how the 10 to 12 model years act when you try this. as-built car config file is always there

kvm mismatch shouldn’t be an issue on anything pre-13

Is the car on a real DC power supply?
Is the SDD also plugged into AC power. If not I would start with those two things first.

It is. 1st time didn't understand they were saying laptop had to be plugged in..Been correct ever since. I'm thinking cjb and kvm got corrupted. Initial start had communication error with rjb. Kept trying to program it and kept trying cjb.So now can't communicate with kvm either so need virgin files for that as it seems it's not available anywhere. Got kvm files for a different used kvm and got communication back but still need it virginized as has incorrect vin. I guess that's another reason why I can't get ignition. Ipc, immobilizer programming fails. Secure access not achieved. Programming cjb says it's up to date and does not changes. Nobody has virgin files or seems to know how to virginize 8G9N-19G481-AA

Also no communication with rcm along with BCMB. Don't know if X on rcm is because of no ignition control. Learning the hard way as usual but learn about a lot more things thru the frustration. I like to learn. Just can't find the info Im looking for to rule that out and move on to next possibilities if exist. Been losing lots of sleep and time due to not being able to give up.

the siemens kvms shouldn’t care. a new one costs peanuts anyways
