Washed car = dead battery
Washed the car today and full wax job, maybe a couple hours with doors opening and closing. Not enough juice to turn it over at the end of the wax job.....
Also, tach bounces very slightly at freeway speed. Going to have them check alternator output at the next service.
Anybody else notice the tach bounce? very slight, not even 100 rpm more of a constant twitch.

Keep in mind you have a 4 year old battery in your car and it may be at end of life. It's a good idea to keep a battery trickle charger on the car if you are not going to drive it for a few days or if you only drive short distances. These cars have tons of electronic devices and the battery power is constantly being drawn. A battery that is not 12 volts or higher will trigger all kinds of false warning messages on your center display. There's been many posts on this topic on this forum. Also, lock your car over night, even if it's in the garage and keep the fob at least at least 4 feet away from the car if you have keyless entry. This powers everything down and decreases the drain on the battery.

Two weeks ago I decided to do a project in my garage and inadvertently left the trunk of the car open for between 3 and 4 hours. The materials for the project were in the trunk when I started so never closed the trunk.
Afterward, the original battery wouldn't hold a charge longer than a day, so off to the dealer to get a battery. Realized there was an option though. The newer (either 2012 or 2013) models have an AGM battery that deals with these issues much better than regular lead acid batteries. So I bought one of those instead.
Cost right around $300 and I installed it myself. Other than seat memory and auto window reprogramming, it was easy to do. The lead acid was closer to $200 but I figured it was worth the upgrade. Anyone with a 2010 MY should know that this is immanent and should be prepared to replace at the first sign of problems.

If fact, when I picked it up they pulled it around to wash and whatever they do to get it ready to go. I waited about 45 minutes for paperwork and such. When I finally went out to take the car it would not start. LOL They were embarrassed needless to say. The lot guy was there too and he was worried I would bail on the deal. He has had customers do that he said.
I am keeping a trickle charger on it now and locked when in the garage. Now with that battery crap they have on simply changing the battery requires a dealer reset of the battery minder. AARGH... I will do it right before the next servicer I guess.

You should have negotiated a new battery with the purchase. You should go back now and tell them that the battery is not sufficient and that it was dead when you picked up the car and won't keep a charge for any period of time. Hopefully they will take care of you, they should if your car is under original warranty.
