Default Missing badge?

I noticed the left rear interior door of my XJL is not like the other. The 'Jaguar' badge is missing, or was never applied. Anyone else see this? Any idea where I can fine one(P/N).

Doubt you will find it new and I would just look on EBay and find someone parting an XJ out. Send him a E-mail with the picture of what your looking for.

Is this it? Your Personal Profile says that you have a 2015 XJL. See trim, #8 on diagram. $29.53 from Jaguar Merriam Parts website.

https://jaguarmerriamparts.com/parts...&siteid=215718

All you have to do is Google "OEM Jaguar Parts" and then search those websites by year, make, and model and type of part. No need to ask for help after you learn how to do it yourself.

Hope this helps.

I actually just purchased a few of these last week. I just installed them today. Installing them can be a little tricky. It's not as easy as it looks. The diagram in this post is incorrect. The actually part that you're looking for is located on the rear doors, however in the Jaguar diagrams the part you need is listed on the front door. They're $44 each at www.oemdiscountcarparts.com. You need item #16 on this diagram.
Below are the part #'s. One for the left, the other for the right.

No worries brother. Be careful putting it on. It's kinda tricky. You'll have to take off your door wood trim, the thin black bezel around the door handle, and the inner plastic piece that you have pictured above. The part will come with the badge already mounted on top of that plastic piece.

Once you have the parts listed above removed, install the badge first. You'll have to do some finaggling to get it in that hole. A small flat head screw driver will help out. Then put the thin black bezel back on. More finaggling. Lastly, put the wood back on.

All fixed. I used the following method w/o disassembly.

1. Heat then carefully remove new badge from new assembly
2. Apply a bead of rtv to the back of the badge
3. Put it on and hold for 1 beer

Coming in late to this. Your car may have had it, but you lost it when it fell off. I have a 2016 XJ L that I purchased new less than a year ago. A few months ago I opened the rear door to find the badge dangling by a thread of glue. I pulled it lose and saved it. I have my first service appointment this Monday, where they will reattach it in addition of taking care of multiple other issues.
