The side lamps have spring clips at the bottom, you need to get a thin plastic blade (credit card or similar) to depress them, then tilt the bottom up. The top is held in by a plastic hook. The photo below might help. The lamp sockets in these are known to corrode and be ruined due to water intrusion, typically you'll need to replace the whole assembly. They're about $40-50 new.

Got it. Slight corrosion on one pin. Lots of electrical cleaning spray and some dialectic grease to minimize future corrosion. Replacement bulb was 194WLED which I assume is the North American equivalent to W5W from the owner's manual.
