I've just installed the phone module, bluetooth module, and voice modules. Everything works great, except it doesn't seem to recognize any phone related commands. The manual suggests saying "Phone -enter- ######", etc, but it never recognizes my commands whether I say "Phone" or "Telephone". It will however recognize "Phone Display On". That's it. Anybody else have any issues like this? I've tried running the Voice Training twice now.

 

My system will absolutely not recognize name tags but will recognize a number.

I am thinking a microphone in a better position?

The current microphone is inside the upper console.

 

The system accepts all other commands just fine, so I don't think the mic is the issue. I tried running the voice training a third time, but still no luck. It just won't accept anything phone related. Odd
